COPPER HALL
The Copper Hall is located on Railway Ave on the lower level of the Hougen Block Building underneath The Penny coffee shop. The Copper Hall is a large, air-conditioned, industrial-style event space that holds up to 110 people standing or 80 with tables and chairs. The space is newly renovated with beautiful ambient lighting and neutral colours, perfect for bringing in your own decorations if required.

The Copper Hall is a self-serve-style rental space. So, set up and take down is up to the renter. This means that we can keep the cost down and the hall accessible for lots of different types of groups!
As far as pricing, this all depends on the number of people attending your event and the amount of time you want access to the hall. Fill out a booking request form and we will get back to you with a preliminary quote. We have discounts for registered charities and celebrations of life.

If you’re looking to host a dinner or luncheon event you can inquire about booking catering through the Penny Coffee Shop, however, outside catering is also permitted.
