Food is the fuel of life so we try to keep things simple and wholesome with real ingredients and plenty of house-made vegan options, as well as gluten-free options sourced from The Polly Fox. The rest of our baking and food is made in-house with love.

We have hand-chosen a local roaster, Smoking Gun Coffee for our in-house bean. Their attention to detail and obsession over coffee won us over right away, but when we tasted the coffee, that’s when we knew.

Our tea comes from a great local maker, Karla’s Specialteas. Karla hand-blends each delightful tea with the finest leaves and herbs and sometimes, as with her Missions Communitea, includes wildly harvested local herbs. Try our Fraser Fog, which is a tea latte made with Communitea with a subtle honey drizzle, perfect parts calming and energizing
